Once your order has been successfully placed, our team begins processing it as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During periods of high demand, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. Orders are only processed after payment has been successfully verified.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress. Please note that tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your shipping destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Domestic orders within the United States generally arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, while international deliveries typically take 7–21 business days depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local postal services. These delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the shipping destination, package size, weight, and selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Gadgetous is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided during checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately before your order has been shipped.

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

Although we work with reliable shipping carriers, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to severe weather, customs inspections, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Gadgetous cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and is not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen events.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first check with household members, neighbors, or your local delivery carrier. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

If your shipment arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review your claim and provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
